Worklink India is hiring a Regional HR Manager for an on-site role in Janakpuri, Delhi. This full-time position (offering up to ā¹11 LPA, male candidates preferred) requires 8ā15 years of experience to lead multi-location HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, payroll input coordination, labor law compliance, and regional HR audits across retail, FMCG, consumer durables, or logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, candidate sourcing, and onboarding across regional locations.
Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, shift scheduling, and workforce deployment.
Validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate directly with the Head Office payroll team.
Handle employee queries, grievance resolution, disciplinary issues, and overall employee relations.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including documentation, induction, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance across all regional branches/stores.
Conduct regular HR visits and audits across regional offices, stores, and business locations.
Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance logs, and attrition dashboards.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 8ā15 years of experience in HR generalist and HR operations roles, with strong multi-location management experience (background in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electronics, or Logistics preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS software, HR analytics, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, employee relations, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage regional operations independently.
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
