Hyrezy is hiring a General Manager – Human Resources (HR Head) for a reputed and fast-growing Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles dealer partner based in Hebbal, Bangalore. This leadership role involves spearheading the human capital agenda across multiple dealership operations including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Body Shop, and CRM functions. The role acts as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, Managing Director, and Dealer Principal. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end HR operations, manpower budgeting, talent acquisition, digital HR initiatives, designing and implementing robust Performance Management Systems (PMS) aligned to business KPIs, ensuring 100% compliance with Karnataka labor laws and statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment Act, and POSH, and fostering a performance-driven, people-first culture with continuous Learning & Development initiatives. Preferred candidates should have strong exposure to automobile dealership operations, multi-location workforce management, stakeholder management, HR strategy, industrial relations, and organizational development. Multi-location dealership management experience is highly preferred. Early joiners within 15-30 days are preferred.
