Trintech is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner II for Bengaluru location. Trintech is an AI-driven Fintech organization focused on automating financial close operations globally. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, offer negotiation, and closure activities. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers and department leaders for workforce planning, candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, and targeted outreach campaigns, employer branding support, ATS management through Workday, interview scheduling coordination, recruitment analytics tracking, diversity hiring support, and process improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, Boolean search techniques, AI sourcing, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment dashboards, and talent acquisition operations. Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations, strong multitasking abilities, communication skills, and the capability to work in fast-paced environments are preferred.
