We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can work closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and HR processes.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days WFO with minimum 9 hours shift
Experience: 3ā5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Partner with business managers to understand workforce and people-related requirements.
⢠Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
⢠Drive performance management, PIP, and appraisal processes.
⢠Analyse attrition, retention, and employee engagement and recommend action plans.
⢠Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers.
⢠Support and advise managers on HR policies, processes, and people decisions.
⢠Handle employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
⢠Prepare and analyse HR MIS, dashboards, and people metrics.
⢠Identify employee and people-related issues through data and recommend solutions.
⢠Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
⢠Work closely with leadership and stakeholders on people-related initiatives.
Required Skills:
⢠3ā5 years of relevant HRBP experience.
⢠Strong stakeholder and employee relationship management skills.
⢠Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management or PIP.
⢠Good understanding of attrition and retention strategies.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS or HR dashboards.
⢠Strong communication and influencing skills.
⢠Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters independently.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR business partnering capabilities and be able to work effectively with business managers, employees, leadership, and other stakeholders. The role requires the ability to understand workforce requirements, manage employee relations, support performance management, analyse people metrics, and recommend practical HR solutions. The candidate will also be expected to independently handle sensitive employee matters while ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
