Job Description
We are hiring a Senior IT Recruiter (Recruitment + HR Generalist) for our team in Bangalore, India. This is a full-time contract position for a driven, hands-on professional who enjoys end-to-end technical recruitment and wants to contribute to broader HR operations and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment (70%)
1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to recruit talent across Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud/DevOps, Data/AI, QA, and Mobile technologies.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
4. Manage offer processes, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement to improve offer-to-joining ratios.
5. Track recruitment metrics, maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, and support employer branding and hiring initiatives.
HR Generalist Responsibilities (30%)
1. Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification.
2. Maintain employee records and HRIS data while supporting attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
3. Assist with performance reviews, probation confirmations, and employee exit formalities.
4. Support HR policies, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and compliance with applicable Indian labour laws.
Requirements
1. 5ā8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in IT permanent recruitment.
2. Strong understanding of technical roles, technology stacks, and current hiring trends.
3. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms.
4. Working knowledge of HR operations and Indian labour compliance.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
7. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
8. Experience in niche or senior-level technology hiring, campus recruitment, or employer branding is an added advantage.
