We are looking for a proactive, curious, and business-oriented individual for an exciting HRBP Intern opportunity to join our people operations team in Gurgaon.
The HRBP Intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, supporting key human resource strategies and employee lifecycle management. Main responsibilities include planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities. You will organize cultural celebrations and diversity initiatives in collaboration with the core HRBP team to foster an inclusive organizational culture. Additionally, you will attend HRBP meetings, 1:1 check-ins, and focus group discussions, document key decisions, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure operational accountability. The role involves engaging directly with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, maintain HR databases, generate accurate analytical reports, and support internal communications regarding HR policies and programs.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate who is not currently employed in a full-time position. Candidates possessing a tech-related academic or work background are strongly preferred, and prior hands-on experience in tech recruitment will be a major advantage. Applicants should demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn within a dynamic scale-up technology landscape.
