Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, IT hiring, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Handle IT recruitment across various technical roles and ensure timely position closures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Manage recruitment agencies and vendors, including performance tracking and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer management, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment drives.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- End-to-end recruitment and IT hiring expertise.
- Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management.
- Vendor and recruitment agency management.
- Knowledge of ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
