Job Description
We are hiring a Deputy Manager / Manager – HR for a manufacturing setup in the auto ancillary industry. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, job postings, recruitment drives, HR operations, onboarding and documentation, employee database management, statutory compliance, legal and liaisoning work, payroll input coordination, attendance and leave management, induction and training activities, employee engagement and R&R programs, exit interviews and full and final settlement, performance management, discipline handling, FRRO and visa processing, and travel coordination. Candidates should have strong HR operations and compliance knowledge, recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and good communication skills. Experience in automobile or auto component companies such as Hyundai, Maruti, or Honda vendor companies (Tier I / II) is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
