Headquartered in Singapore, Mondelez International Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region comprises six business units with over 21,000 employees across 27 countries. As an Organisation Capability Specialist within the People - Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) team, you will drive capability-building initiatives across the AMEA region by coordinating learning programs, managing operational governance, and boosting employee engagement. This role offers strong exposure to Manufacturing Excellence, IL6S frameworks, and stakeholder management across diverse geographic markets.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Capability Building Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for IL6S capability sessions, workshops, and learning programs across the AMEA region, including training calendars, invitations, digital classroom setups, participant nominations, and feedback collection.
Digital Learning Platforms: Administer and update Workday Learning, SharePoint, and Marco systems to ensure uninterrupted regional access to digital modules and capability documentation.
Operational Governance and Compliance: Track manufacturing and supply chain workforce KPIs such as output per man-hour and overtime metrics. Coordinate SMETA labour audit agendas, manage non-conformance follow-ups, ensure timely closures, and prepare dashboards for leadership.
Employee Engagement: Organize regional town halls, engagement activities, learning campaigns, and recognition programs to build a high-performance culture.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Collaborate with Plant Directors, Supply Chain Excellence Leads, People Leads, and external training vendors while handling purchase order administrations smoothly.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications:
4 to 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, HR Generalist roles in manufacturing setups, or Manufacturing Operations with Lean, TPM, WCM, IL6S, or Continuous Improvement backgrounds.
Loss elimination mindset with functional knowledge of Lean methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for analytics and reporting, with familiarity in Power BI being an advantage.
Strong organizational, project tracking, and multi-market coordination abilities.
Excellent English communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
