Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for all People-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Manage HR ticketing queues using JIRA and escalate complex issues as required. Maintain employee data accuracy and compliance in Workday HRIS, including data changes and audits. Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding (background checks, work authorization), offboarding, and contingent workforce management. Draft employment-related documents such as letters, agreements, and contracts. Support compliance activities by tracking training completion, employee tasks, and audit dashboards. Maintain HR knowledge base articles and internal documentation. Assist in HR process improvements, system updates, and compliance audits. Collaborate with the People team to improve employee experience through operational efficiency and process enhancements.

Contribute to employer branding through hiring campaigns and social media engagement. Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and bulk recruitment drives when required. Coordinate onboarding with HR operations for smooth joining experience. Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality of hiring.
