Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support and strengthen our hiring efforts across business, creative, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment and enjoys building strong talent pipelines, creating a great candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right people on board. Your responsibilities will include driving candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative channels to build a strong talent pipeline. You will conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes seamlessly with hiring managers and candidates. Ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth interview scheduling will be a key focus. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring reports with high accuracy and organization. Qualifications require 2 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within influencer marketing, media, digital agencies, startups, or other high-growth environments, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing is necessary. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously are essential. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System, are considered significant advantages.
