Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Experienced Hire roles (ML3 and below), primarily supporting the United Kingdom (UK) market while flexing across other regions as needed. Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce priorities and translate them into actionable hiring plans. Deliver recruitment outcomes with focus on speed, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance while supporting DEI objectives. Conduct job briefings, manage candidate assessments, and handle offer and rejection processes ensuring strong stakeholder and candidate experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines in collaboration with sourcing teams. Develop strong understanding of UK/EU market requirements, employment practices, and cultural factors. Act as a key representative of Shell’s employer brand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Collaborate with HR ecosystem teams including sourcing, marketing, assessment, onboarding, and HR advisory teams. Contribute to global recruitment improvement initiatives and drive continuous process enhancements. Use data and insights to monitor performance and optimize hiring strategies. Ensure compliance, data integrity, and adherence to global recruitment standards. Work in a hybrid model with shift timing 12pm–9pm and flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration.
