Era Infra Engineering Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join the team at its Noida Head Office. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn and gain hands-on experience across HR, Social Media, Administration and other day-to-day office activities. Key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, profile shortlisting and candidate screening, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates, creating and posting job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms, supporting social media activities and content coordination, assisting with employee engagement and HR documentation, supporting day-to-day administrative and coordination activities, and handling other miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time. Candidates should have an MBA or Graduate qualification in HR, Management, Marketing or a relevant field. Good communication and coordination skills, basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms, and proficiency in MS Office are required. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive and willing to take up diverse responsibilities, with the ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced work environment.
