Job Description
We are hiring an HR Operations Associate for a contractual role in Bangalore, India. This opportunity is ideal for an organized and proactive HR professional who is passionate about HR operations, employee experience, and delivering seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, interns, and contractors.
2. Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy.
3. Handle HR documentation, employment verification, and employee queries.
4. Coordinate employee inductions, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
5. Support contractor hiring, contract extensions, conversions, and workforce administration.
6. Assist with HR policies, compliance requirements, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1ā2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
3. Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to manage HR processes efficiently while maintaining accurate employee records and providing effective employee support.
