Job Description
Indovance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Operations Executive to manage and support key HR operational activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, HRMS management, employee data, payroll coordination, compliance support, and exit management. The role requires strong Excel and data management skills along with hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee documentation and ensure records are complete and accurate.
Manage employee data and HR records through HRMS.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and payroll-related activities.
Support HR compliance and statutory-related processes.
Manage employee exit and separation formalities.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational MIS.
Use Zoho People for HR administration and employee data management.
Prepare and analyze HR data using MS Excel.
Create reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.
Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.

Strong Excel skills including Lookups, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis are required. PowerPoint proficiency and knowledge of HR compliance will be an added advantage.
