Max Healthcare is seeking a highly driven HR Analytics professional with strong expertise in Excel, business analytics, and stakeholder management. The role involves leveraging data to provide actionable insights, streamline HR processes, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Data Management & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
Analytics & Insights
Conduct workforce analytics including attrition, recruitment, performance, and engagement trends.
Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Support predictive modeling and scenario planning for workforce strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Present findings in a clear, concise manner to senior management and leadership teams.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, dashboards, Power Query, and advanced reporting capabilities.
Business Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
