Job Description
Koel Hire Right is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR Operations, payroll, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, HR policies, employee relations, and HR reporting for an NBFC organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience independently managing HR Operations for a workforce of 200+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee data.
Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, LWF, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Handle employee grievances, queries, and employee relations matters professionally.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, management reports, and workforce-related analytics using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Monitor attendance, leave, payroll, and employee lifecycle records for accuracy.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive employee information.
Identify HR process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.
