Job Description
We are proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years by working together and supporting each other all over the world.
About Your Team
The HR Business Partnering team works closely with leaders and managers at functional, regional and enterprise levels, partnering with key centres of HR expertise such as reward, talent acquisition, learning and development, to design and deliver people plans in support of business and organisational goals.
About Your Role
You will partner with senior leaders across Fidelity International global Platform teams to deliver people strategies that support business objectives, organisational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience. Operating in a fast-paced matrix environment, you will work flexibly and nimbly across multiple stakeholders, priorities, geographies, and global teams, applying an agile mindset to anticipate needs, align perspectives, unblock issues, and deliver practical people solutions. As a trusted HR business partner, you will lead a broad range of HR activities, with key focus areas including employee relations, performance and talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, career development, organisational change, and reward and recognition.
In addition, the role involves close collaboration with global HR COE teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, HR Shared Services, and HRIS to deliver integrated people solutions and ensure business priorities are reflected in the broader HR strategy. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder orchestration across regional and global teams, adaptability, and the ability to move smoothly between strategic priorities and hands-on execution. The role also involves driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives, contributing to governance and people programmes, championing the use of data and AI-enabled insights, and ensuring that business priorities are effectively reflected in broader HR planning and decision-making. You will also foster Fidelity culture and values, and support the delivery of key organisational priorities across the global Platform organisation.
