Role Purpose:
The Key Account Manager will manage and grow key client accounts by ensuring consistent delivery of quality candidates, strengthening relationships, and driving repeat and referral business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key clients
• Build strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, campuses, and business heads
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand hiring plans and challenges
Requirement Understanding & Delivery:
• Deeply understand job mandates and client expectations
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and submission quality
Revenue & Account Growth:
• Identify repeat hiring opportunities within existing accounts
• Drive upselling for multiple roles and bulk hiring
• Track billing, collections, and account profitability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years in recruitment, staffing, or account management
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and mandates simultaneously
• Commercial acumen related to billing, margins, and collections
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance client expectations against internal delivery realities

• Willingness to travel
