Job Description:
Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
Handle PF, ESIC, MLWF, TDS and Labour Law compliance.
Ensure accurate payroll inputs and timely statutory submissions.
Support compliance documentation and related HR processes.
Manage NAPS, NATS and WILP-related activities, where applicable.
Key Skills & Requirements:
4-5 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, MLWF, TDS and Labour Laws.
Strong understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of NAPS / NATS / WILP will be preferred.
