Job Description
WeMee – Corporate Gifting Company is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Apna, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Ensure timely position closures as per hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding recruitment requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Location: Near Shaniwar Wada, Pune
Experience: 6 Months–1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month
