Job Description
eLabs Infotech is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team in Hyderabad. The role focuses exclusively on end-to-end domestic IT recruitment, including contract, C2H, and permanent hiring across junior to senior-level positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, client handling, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, negotiation, and recruitment closure skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure.
Understand client and hiring requirements and identify suitable technical candidate profiles.
Handle contract, C2H, and permanent IT hiring requirements.
Recruit candidates across junior, mid-level, and senior-level IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Manage regular candidate follow-ups and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Handle salary discussions, negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate closures.
Mentor and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage client relationships and coordinate effectively with hiring stakeholders.
Maintain daily recruitment reports, trackers, candidate databases, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements while ensuring timely closures.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Profile: IT recruitment professionals with 2.5–6 years of experience in domestic IT hiring, strong client handling and stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on expertise in contract, C2H, and permanent recruitment. Female recruiters with strong sourcing, negotiation, candidate engagement, and closure skills are preferred.
