Fulcrum Digital Inc is seeking a Vendor Management Associate to oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, invoice processing, and compliance management. Industry: IT Services & Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor onboarding, contract renewals, procurement coordination, and HRIS integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor onboarding, empanelment, and contract execution (MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs)
• Ensure timely contract renewals and extensions in alignment with SLAs
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams for contract modifications and compliance
• Process and validate vendor invoices while ensuring adherence to contract terms
• Coordinate with finance teams for timely payments and dispute resolution
• Train teams on invoice submission using financial tools like Fintrack
• Maintain vendor agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation
• Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Train vendors on platforms like Zoho for seamless collaboration
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for contract staffing requirements
• Ensure compliance in contract hiring, onboarding, and documentation
• Support third-party resource allocation and performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in Vendor Management, HR Operations, or Procurement
• Proficiency in contract management, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and Zoho
• Ability to coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
