Job Description
Thomas Cook (India) Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern for its Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The internship is for a duration of 3 months and follows a Monday to Friday working schedule with shift timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role involves sourcing candidate applications through various recruitment channels and platforms, making calls to candidates and conducting initial or first-round screening over the phone, adding and updating candidate details in the HRMS and Talent Acquisition database, attending to walk-in candidates, and coordinating with internal departments for interviews and feedback. The intern will also be responsible for posting job openings on social media and other relevant recruitment platforms, maintaining accurate records and data of walk-in interviews, creating and maintaining candidate profiles in the TA HRMS portal, and coordinating with recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR or recruitment processes, and should be organized, proactive, and willing to learn. Freshers who are pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are welcome to apply. This opportunity provides practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate screening, HRMS management, interview coordination, and day-to-day recruitment processes.
