The Human Resource Manager role at TransCurators is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Human Resource Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and policy implementation for a large, multidisciplinary team.
This role includes designing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals, maintaining compliant HR practices and supporting leadership with workforce planning and talent development.
The Human Resource Manager will manage employee relations, handle grievance resolution and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The position also involves coordinating training and upskilling initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
Strong HR operations and talent management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance and documentation, including maintaining accurate records and using HRIS or similar systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Background in learning and development or training coordination, particularly in supporting upskilling and corporate training programs.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, creative or digital environments, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in content, technology or digital services organizations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with modern HR tools or platforms. Comfort with data-driven decision-making and HR analytics is a plus.
