Experienced with modern recruiting technology. You're comfortable using ATS platforms, with Rippling preferred, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools and recruiting analytics to effectively manage talent pipelines.

An excellent communicator. You communicate with clarity, professionalism and confidence across candidates, hiring managers, executives and cross-functional partners, even in complex or high-stakes hiring situations.

What Will Help You Succeed

Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS and MSSP Managed Security Service Provider organizations where hiring speed and quality are equally critical.

Familiarity with cybersecurity roles, security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA and Security+ and the broader cybersecurity talent landscape.

Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, particularly the US, UK, India and the Philippines, with an understanding of regional hiring practices and talent markets.

Experience improving recruiting operations by optimizing hiring processes, interviewer enablement, recruiting workflows or talent acquisition best practices.

Exposure to executive or leadership hiring, workforce planning, succession planning or strategic talent initiatives.

A consultative, data-driven approach to recruiting, using market insights, hiring metrics and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
