Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Managing the complete hiring process.
Employee onboarding and engagement.
Performance management support.
HR policies and compliance.
Building a positive company culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
1–5+ years of HR experience depending on the role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with hiring through LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
