Unlike an intern, you'll own processes end-to-end, from hiring pipelines to policy implementation and be a trusted point of contact for the entire team. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to build an HR function from the ground up at a fast-growing community platform.

Design and run structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbook and SOPs.
Drive employee engagement including pulse surveys, performance review cycles, 1:1 frameworks and team rituals.
Manage HR data and systems including HRIS, attendance, contracts and org charts.
Build and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries, grievances and people-related matters.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build pipelines proactively.
What We're Looking For
1ā3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech-adjacent environment.
Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can hold a difficult conversation with empathy and clarity.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to build processes where none exist.
Discreet, trustworthy and people-first in every interaction.
Good to Have
Experience hiring for product, design or tech roles.
Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring programs.
