PETADATA is looking for a Senior US IT Recruitment Manager to oversee recruitment operations, manage multiple recruitment teams and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The position is based at 5th Phase, KPHB Colony, Hi-tech City Road, Hyderabad and requires the selected candidate to work onsite.
This is a full-time night-shift role with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST. Immediate joiners who are available to work from the office will be preferred. Remote work is not available.
Job Summary

Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and timely closure of open requirements.
Handle recruitment escalations and critical client requirements.

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, organizational policies and applicable recruitment standards.
Drive revenue growth and improve team productivity through effective recruitment management.
Required Skills
