Alchemy Techsol is hiring enthusiastic Campus Recruiters for its recruitment team in Bangalore. The position is suitable for professionals with experience in non-IT recruitment, strong candidate sourcing capabilities and expertise in bulk and campus hiring.
Immediate joiners will be preferred. Candidates from Tier-1 organizations are also preferred for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster and other relevant job portals.
Handle bulk hiring and campus recruitment requirements.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements, experience and suitability.
Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with recruitment team members.
Build candidate pipelines and support timely closure of open positions.
Preferred Experience
Experience in BFSI recruitment is preferred.
Candidates with Finance and Accounting hiring experience will be preferred.
Experience recruiting for non-IT functions such as Finance, Legal, Information Security and Marketing Communications is desirable.
Candidates should have the ability to source and close complex positions.
Excellent communication skills are required.
₹30,000 per month for candidates with 1 year of experience
₹45,000 per month for candidates with 2 years of experience
