Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
Renrui HR Services India Private Limited is hiring an HR Executive / Sr HR Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The role focuses on delivering excellent employee experience while supporting end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee queries, grievances, and escalations within defined timelines.
Manage employee and client communications through email.
Coordinate payroll activities including attendance validation, leave records, and employee data management.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
Support onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Visit client locations for employee engagement and issue resolution when required.
Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR documentation.

Preferred Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Coordination, or Generalist HR.
Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable using technology and AI tools to improve HR processes.
