Job Description
Arthan is hiring an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition and Operations for an on-site role in Delhi NCR. The position requires working five days per week. Arthan is a social enterprise committed to strengthening the impact sector ecosystem. The organization works with social organizations to build their capacity and capability across human capital, organizational development, and thought leadership. The selected candidate will partner with nonprofits, foundations, and social enterprises to help build teams addressing challenges across climate, education, public health, livelihoods, and other social impact areas.
About the Role
The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment efforts, facilitating communication with clients, optimizing operations, and managing data effectively. This is a client-facing position that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive approach to solving recruitment and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment Support and Leadership
Assist in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for open positions according to client requirements and role specifications.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluations to determine candidate suitability and alignment with client needs.
Collaborate with clients to coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions while working toward successfully closing positions.
Support executive search and leadership hiring assignments by identifying suitable talent and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide timely and professional updates regarding recruitment progress, candidate profiles, and project status.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among clients, candidates, and internal team members to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns while demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional service delivery.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities within the company database or CRM system.
Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics, performance indicators, and project status.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive candidate and client information.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and build strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
Ensure that client expectations are aligned with recruitment deliverables.
Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to understand evolving recruitment requirements, provide strategic insights, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Identify opportunities to generate repeat business from existing client account portfolios.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBA or masterās degree. An MBA is mandatory according to the hiring criteria.
A minimum of four years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a client-facing role is required. Experience within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy is preferred.
Candidates should enjoy building professional relationships and solving hiring challenges. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with recruitment software or CRM systems is preferred.
The candidate should demonstrate a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, ownership, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.
