Role Overview
The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations. The internship is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain accurate employee records.
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to the requirements of available positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, application progress, and recruitment status.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate and updated information.
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities as required.
Eligibility
The candidate should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is required.
