Job Description
Bajaj Consumer Care Limited is hiring an HR Executive for an off-role position in Mumbai. The company operates in the FMCG sector. The selected candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and workforce data analysis.
The role involves managing talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. The candidate will support the timely completion of new joiner documentation, background verification, and KYC activities in coordination with the central operations team. Responsibilities also include providing a positive onboarding experience, conducting new joiner connect sessions, and supporting employees during their initial period with the organization.
The HR Executive will drive HR interventions and create awareness of organizational policies and processes. The candidate will manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including performance improvement plans, and work closely with employees to strengthen employee relations and understand employee sentiment.
Additional responsibilities include planning employee engagement initiatives and fun-at-work activities for business and location stakeholders. The role also covers full and final settlement, exit management, clearances, HR data management, grievance handling, and resolving employee queries. The candidate will take initiatives to reduce recurring queries and improve awareness among employees.
The selected candidate will engage with leaders, strengthen connect sessions with business team members, and partner with business leadership on the people agenda. The role also requires preparing and presenting timely reports and analysis based on employee data.
Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Microsoft Office. Experience in the FMCG sector will be preferred. Applicants should have hands-on expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
