Consulting Krew Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for its office at Cloverleaf Tower, Plot No. 37, Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi. Recruitment Consulting and Staffing company.
The role requires 4 or more years of IT and Non-IT recruitment experience with a strong background in agency recruitment. The selected candidate will support the company's growing recruitment business by managing end-to-end hiring for multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media and employee referrals.
Screen, interview and evaluate candidates for technical, functional and cultural fit.
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and support candidate onboarding.
Maintain ATS and CRM records along with recruitment pipelines.
Meet hiring targets while ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of IT and Non-IT recruitment experience.
Proven agency recruitment experience managing multiple client accounts.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools.
Work Schedule
5.5 Days Working.
Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
