Job Description
Workfall is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Bangalore office. Talent-Tech company specializing in recruitment solutions and helping organizations build high-performing teams across technology and business functions. The company partners with global clients to deliver exceptional talent while building innovative recruitment solutions.
The role requires an experienced recruitment professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end IT and Non-IT hiring. This is a Work From Office position with a face-to-face interview process. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, define job specifications and develop hiring strategies.
Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess technical and business competencies, communication skills, cultural fit and career aspirations.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions and candidate engagement to achieve successful closures.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and quality benchmarks.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, Applicant Tracking System records and hiring reports accurately.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment planning, workforce forecasting and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, recruitment drives, employee referral programs and recruitment events.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Experience hiring Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers and other technology professionals.
Experience hiring HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Administration and Business Support professionals.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media sourcing, employee referrals and Boolean search techniques.
Good understanding of software technologies, technical skill sets and recruitment market trends.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup, product company, staffing firm or recruitment consulting environment.
Experience hiring for US, APAC or EMEA markets.
Experience managing campus hiring, lateral hiring and niche technical recruitment.
Ability to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruitment process improvements.
