Job Description
Value Network Ventures (VNV) is looking for an experienced HR professional to support its growing organization and contribute to building a purpose-driven, collaborative workplace. The role involves partnering with business leaders and employees while driving key people initiatives across employee engagement, retention, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR advisory and support to employees and business leaders.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management initiatives.
Support performance management, compensation, and training and development programs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce needs.
Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Manage employee relations and assist in resolving workplace concerns and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and processes.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable Indian employment laws and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address people-related requirements and improve HR processes.
Support other HR initiatives and organizational development activities as required.
