Job Description
Codevian is hiring an IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Baner, Pune. The role is suitable for an early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. The position involves candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, recruitment tracking, candidate communication, offer coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment data, and basic reports in MS Excel.
Communicate professionally with candidates through email and phone.
Assist with offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and HR documentation.
Track recruitment progress and maintain organized hiring records.
Coordinate with team members to achieve hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition and HR operational activities.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., or B.Tech preferred

HR certification or recruitment internship experience will be an added advantage.
