DRAIPL is looking for an experienced AGM / DGM - Human Resources to join its leadership team in Gurugram. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for large-scale EPC, infrastructure, and construction projects, while driving talent acquisition, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across large-scale EPC / infrastructure / construction projects.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements across project locations.
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment activities for project and corporate functions.
- Partner with business and project leadership to address workforce and HR requirements.
- Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare, and employee experience initiatives.
- Establish and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs across project operations.
- Support performance management, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation, MIS, workforce reports, and compliance records.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate timely resolution of workplace concerns.
- Lead and mentor HR teams and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, senior management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify HR risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Support organizational growth and project mobilization through effective people strategies.
