Job Description
Innovative Techhub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to join its HR team in Thane, Mumbai. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify suitable candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Support performance management and appraisal-related activities.
Assist with employee relations and resolution of routine workplace concerns.
Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and other HR documentation.
Support exit formalities and maintain separation records.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.
Perform other HR-related activities as assigned by the management.
