The Senior Specialist - Talent Management role is part of the Talent Management team based in Bangalore. The role focuses on supporting employee experience, wellness initiatives, HR operations, employee benefits, onboarding, separations, and other critical talent management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end operational support for onboarding, separations, benefits, employee experience, and wellness processes.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Plan, execute, and manage employee experience and wellness initiatives including happy hours, parties, internal sports tournaments, intellectual competitions, hobby workshops, and wellness activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, employee experience approaches, HR programs, policies, and employee benefits through benchmarking.
Coordinate with external vendors, evaluate event proposals, forecast expenses, and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
Maintain internal records related to events, contracts, invoices, feedback, budgets, and operational trackers.
Prepare and maintain documentation, manage audits, handle vendor management activities, complete pre and post onboarding tasks, and support employee queries and requests.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR and talent management activities.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Management functions.
Workday experience will be an added advantage.
Strong project planning and execution skills with creativity and ownership.
Ability to collaborate with employees across all levels of the organization.
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking approach.
