Job Description
Concept is a Delhi-based conference and event management company specialising in national and regional medical and scientific conferences. We plan and deliver 60 plus association conferences a year across specialities such as diabetology, dermatology, radiology, orthopaedics, paediatrics and public health, working closely with medical societies, sponsors and venues across India. The Senior Executive ā HR will independently manage the day-to-day HR function for the Delhi office, from recruitment and onboarding through to HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management and employee engagement. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone who enjoys building HR processes in a lean, fast-moving, project-driven organisation and who is comfortable balancing structured HR operations with the seasonal, deadline-driven rhythm of conference cycles. Under Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, seasonal and event-based roles encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management, partner with functional heads to forecast hiring needs ahead of peak conference season, maintain a ready talent pipeline, and run structured onboarding programs. Under HR Operations and Statutory Compliance, you will maintain accurate employee records and HRMS attendance systems, coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements with finance, ensure strict compliance with Indian labour laws including PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and shops and establishment filings, and handle lifecycle documentation such as appointment letters, confirmations, and full-and-final settlements. Additional responsibilities include driving appraisal cycles, planning employee engagement and recognition initiatives, acting as the first point of contact for employee grievances, updating HR policies and POSH compliance, providing general office administrative support, maintaining HR MIS dashboards, and conducting end-to-end exit processes.
