Job Description
Piramal Finance is hiring experienced women HR professionals for its Gold Loan Business. The Business Human Resource (BHR) role will focus on HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, HR MIS, and stakeholder management. The position requires strong business partnering skills and the ability to align HR initiatives with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements and support business objectives.
Drive HR business partnering activities for the Gold Loan Business.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR processes.
Drive employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
Support talent management, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce-related data.
Analyze HR data and provide relevant insights to business stakeholders.
Address employee queries and support employee relations matters.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Support performance management and other people-development processes.
Implement HR initiatives in line with business and organizational requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
