Job Description
XL KPO Services is hiring an experienced HR Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities. The role involves onboarding, exit formalities, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, HR MIS, employee query handling, performance management support, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Handle employee exit and separation formalities.
Manage attendance and leave administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and payroll-related activities.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and trackers.
Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR processes.
Support continuous improvement of HR operations and employee experience.
