Client Server Technology Solutions is hiring a US IT Recruiter for its Uppal, Hyderabad office. The role is suitable for professionals with 1ā2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment who can manage recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively during the night shift.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with vendors and consultants, marketing bench candidates, and supporting hiring requirements across various IT roles. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong understanding of IT technologies and positions, and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
The position is work from office with face-to-face interviews. Candidates should be comfortable working the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM with Saturday and Sunday as weekly offs.
