The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nelamangala. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with functional leaders on workforce planning, resolving employee queries and issues, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also involves driving HR analytics, supporting organizational culture, and helping leadership build a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Required qualifications include strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support growth in manufacturing and commercial functions. Candidates should have experience with performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development to foster a positive workplace culture. Knowledge of HR operations, payroll administration, and benefits management with attention to detail and data accuracy is essential. Applicants should have a solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policy development in an Indian business context. Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision support is required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills along with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities are expected. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Prior experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing environments, is preferred.
