Spar Technology Services is hiring a General HR Executive ā IT Recruitment for its client. This is a full-time remote opportunity for HR professionals with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
Handle employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Coordinate HR activities and training programs.
Handle employee queries and HR administration.
Manage exit formalities and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
1ā4 years of real-time experience in IT Recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Important Notes:
Freshers and candidates with internship experience are not eligible.
Real-time IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.
Interview Process: Virtual and Face-to-Face.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice with up to 10 days remaining will be preferred.
