Description:
DRG Job Placement Manpower Consultant is hiring an HR Executive for a Manufacturing organization in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and manufacturing/industrial HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Manage employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
• Ensure accurate HRMS data management using Keka HRMS.
• Assist in attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors for blue-collar and staff hiring requirements.
• Maintain HR reports, documentation, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Requirements:
• 2–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage HR operations at assigned locations.
