AtkinsRéalis is hiring an Analyst: HR Operations – Leavers/ Exit for a 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model. The role is part of the HR Shared Services Team (People Hub, Bangalore), a 270+ member HR organization diversified across Recruitment, Lifecycle, Offboarding, Service Excellence and Contact Management. The HR People Hub supports employees and managers in the United Kingdom and globally by delivering high-quality HR shared services. As part of the HR Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for providing effective and proactive HR support services to employees and managers located in the UK. Key responsibilities include handling UK and Global employee lifecycle processes with a focus on Leavers and Offboarding, managing HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines, demonstrating strong knowledge of HR processes and standard operating procedures, managing and coordinating employee queries through the case management tool, preparing standard correspondence for employees and external parties, liaising with employees, line managers and HR colleagues, collaborating with the HR community and Centres of Excellence, contributing to process improvements, supporting ad hoc HR projects, and performing additional duties assigned by the HR Team Leader or Leadership.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to work under pressure, a customer-focused approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, high levels of confidentiality, and the potential to grow with the team. Previous customer-facing or project experience is desirable.
Candidates should have experience in HR Shared Services supporting UK or Global Leavers, Offboarding and Lifecycle processes. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow applications will be preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and flexibility to work across multiple shifts are required. Applicants should be Graduates or Postgraduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar environment.
