Ltd. is looking for energetic and passionate Recruitment Specialists to support its growing U.S. IT Staffing practice. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Understand client hiring requirements and staffing priorities • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations • Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and customers • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and hiring decisions • Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining timelines • Manage offer release, documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Maintain recruitment activities through ATS/CRM systems • Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Account Management teams • Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and closures • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 0-3 years of experience in U.S. IT Recruitment / IT Staffing • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Benefits: • Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 customers across multiple industries • Career growth opportunities in U.S. IT Staffing • Competitive salary and performance incentives • Modern office environment at Hyderabad IT hub • Collaborative and learning-focused work culture
