Blue Moon Marketing is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Gurgaon office. This is a full-time permanent hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. The company is expanding internationally and is looking for an HR professional to build and lead the entire Human Resources function while supporting growth across India, Australia, and the United States. The Human Resources Manager will own the complete HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, analytics, and global HR readiness. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, talent pipeline development, HR screening interviews, partnering with hiring managers, onboarding and induction, employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, exits and full and final settlements, maintaining HR documentation and HRMS records, ensuring statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity and labour laws, developing HR policies and employee handbooks, managing leave and attendance, coordinating payroll inputs with finance and payroll vendors, handling employee grievances and workplace investigations, driving performance management cycles, supporting compensation reviews and promotions, coaching managers on performance improvement plans, planning employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, town halls and offsites, conducting employee surveys, strengthening employer branding, preparing HR dashboards and MIS reports, tracking HR metrics including hiring funnel, attrition, headcount, engagement, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio and eNPS, and supporting the development of HR frameworks for international expansion in Australia and the United States while collaborating with legal, PEO and EOR partners.
Candidates should have 5β9 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, including at least 2 years independently leading the HR function. Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, HR analytics, HRMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and stakeholder management is required. Exposure to global HR practices, international hiring, startup environments, HR Analytics certifications, SHRM certification, and experience supporting international expansion will be considered an advantage. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with MBA in HR preferred.
