Mahavir Group (Mahavir Motors) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead HR professional to drive HR strategy and core people functions across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in HR leadership, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities include leading HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; driving performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives; managing HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and payroll inputs; and overseeing HR MIS, people analytics, succession planning, and continuous process improvement.
The preferred candidate should have experience in the Automobile, Retail, Manufacturing, or Service industry, along with strong exposure to HRBP, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
